Zhao Chen is a Senior Research Fellow and Professor, Chief of European Diplomacy Department, Institute of European Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He received his Ph.D degree from the Graduate School of CASS and M.A. from Peking University, both in International Relations.
